מדיניות פרטיות ועוגיות

אשכול מגורים בע"מ, ח.פ. 514561349 (להלן: "החברה" או "אנחנו") מכבדת את פרטיותכם. מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף באתר פרויקט 'צמרת, סירקין' (להלן: "האתר"), כיצד נעשה בו שימוש, למי הוא מועבר ואילו זכויות עומדות לכם, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981 ותקנותיו.
1. המידע שאנו אוספים
- מידע שאתם מוסרים: שם מלא, מספר טלפון, כתובת דוא"ל ותוכן ההודעה, כפי שנמסרים בטופס "צור קשר", וכן תיעוד ההסכמות שסימנתם ומועד מסירתן.
- מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן והמכשיר, שפת הממשק, עמודים שנצפו, מקור ההגעה לאתר (למשל פרמטרים של קמפיינים) ומועדי הביקור. מידע זה נאסף באמצעות עוגיות וכלי מדידה, בכפוף להסכמתכם כמפורט להלן.
אינכם חייבים על פי חוק למסור לנו מידע, אך ללא הפרטים המסומנים כחובה לא נוכל לחזור אליכם.
2. מטרות השימוש במידע
- יצירת קשר בעקבות פנייתכם, מתן מידע על הפרויקט, תיאום פגישות ושליחת מחירון והדמיות.
- ניהול קשרי לקוחות ותיעוד הפנייה במערכת ה-CRM של החברה.
- שליחת דיוור פרסומי ועדכונים, אך ורק אם אישרתם זאת במפורש (ראו סעיף 3).
- שיפור האתר, ניתוח סטטיסטי של השימוש בו ומדידת יעילות קמפיינים, בכפוף להסכמתכם לעוגיות.
- עמידה בדרישות הדין והגנה על זכויות החברה.
3. דיוור פרסומי
בהתאם לסעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשמ"ב-1982, נשלח אליכם חומר פרסומי בדוא"ל, ב-SMS או בוואטסאפ רק לאחר שסימנתם את תיבת ההסכמה הייעודית בטופס. תוכלו להסיר את הסכמתכם בכל עת באמצעות קישור ההסרה בהודעה, בהשבת "הסר" או בפנייה אלינו בפרטים שבסעיף 11.
4. העברת מידע לצדדים שלישיים
לא נמכור ולא נשכיר את המידע האישי שלכם. אנו עשויים להעביר מידע לגורמים הבאים, במידה הנדרשת בלבד:
- ספקי שירות המסייעים לנו בתפעול האתר וניהול הפניות, ובהם מערכת ה-CRM של החברה ושירותי אוטומציה (כגון Zapier) המעבירים את פרטי הטופס למערכת זו.
- ספקי מדידה ופרסום (כגון Google ו-Meta), רק אם אישרתם עוגיות סטטיסטיקה או שיווק.
- יועצי מכירות ומשווקים מטעם החברה לצורך הטיפול בפנייתכם.
- רשויות מוסמכות, כאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין או צו שיפוטי.
חלק מהספקים עשויים לאחסן מידע מחוץ לישראל. במקרים אלו אנו מקפידים על העברה למדינות או לספקים המבטיחים רמת הגנה נאותה בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע אל מאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה), התשס"א-2001.
5. עוגיות (Cookies) וטכנולוגיות דומות
האתר משתמש בעוגיות ובאחסון מקומי בדפדפן. בביקורכם הראשון מוצג חלון בחירה, ותוכלו לשנות את בחירתכם בכל עת דרך "הגדרות עוגיות" בתחתית האתר.

ניתן גם לחסום או למחוק עוגיות דרך הגדרות הדפדפן. חסימת עוגיות הכרחיות עלולה לפגוע בתפקוד האתר.
6. אבטחת מידע
אנו מיישמים אמצעי אבטחה מקובלים, ובהם תקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS), הגבלת גישה למידע והתקשרות עם ספקים העומדים בתקני אבטחה מקובלים. עם זאת, אין באפשרותנו להבטיח חסינות מוחלטת מפני גישה בלתי מורשית.
7. משך שמירת המידע
המידע יישמר לפרקי זמן הנדרשים למטרות שלשמן נאסף ובהתאם לחובות שמירת מסמכים/דין (לרבות חשבונאות, מס, ניהול סיכונים ושמירת ראיות).
8. זכויותיכם
- עיון: זכותכם לעיין במידע שנאסף עליכם, בהתאם לסעיף 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות.
- תיקון ומחיקה: זכותכם לבקש לתקן מידע שאינו נכון, שלם או מעודכן, או למחוק אותו.
- הסרה מדיוור: בכל עת, כמפורט בסעיף 3.
- ביטול הסכמה לעוגיות: בכל עת דרך "הגדרות עוגיות".
לפניות בנושא, פנו אלינו בפרטים שבסעיף 11. נשיב לפנייתכם בתוך זמן סביר ובהתאם לדין.
9. קטינים
האתר מיועד לבגירים. אין למסור מידע באתר אם גילכם מתחת ל-18, ולא נאסוף ביודעין מידע על קטינים.
10. שינויים במדיניות
אנו רשאים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. הנוסח המעודכן יפורסם באתר בציון תאריך העדכון, ושימוש באתר לאחר פרסומו מהווה הסכמה לו.

Privacy & Cookie Policy

Eshkol Megurim Ltd., company no. 514561349 ("the Company", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected on the Tzameret, Sirkin project website ("the Site"), how it is used, with whom it is shared and what rights you have, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: full name, phone number, email address and message content submitted in the contact form, together with a record of the consents you ticked and when.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, interface language, pages viewed, how you arrived at the Site (e.g. campaign parameters) and visit times. This is collected through cookies and measurement tools, subject to your consent as described below.
You are not legally required to provide information, but without the mandatory fields we cannot get back to you.
2. How we use the information
- Responding to your enquiry, providing project information, scheduling meetings and sending price lists and renderings.
- Managing customer relations and recording your enquiry in the Company's CRM.
- Sending marketing material and updates, only if you explicitly agreed (see section 3).
- Improving the Site, statistical analysis of its use and measuring campaign performance, subject to your cookie consent.
- Complying with legal requirements and protecting the Company's rights.
3. Marketing communications
In accordance with section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982, we send marketing material by email, SMS or WhatsApp only after you tick the dedicated consent box in the form. You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the message, by replying "Remove", or by contacting us as set out in section 11.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information, only to the extent necessary, with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Site and handle enquiries, including the Company's CRM and automation services (such as Zapier) that transfer form submissions to it.
- Measurement and advertising providers (such as Google and Meta), only if you accepted analytics or marketing cookies.
- Sales advisors and marketers acting on the Company's behalf to handle your enquiry.
- Competent authorities, where required by law or court order.
Some providers may store information outside Israel. In such cases we ensure transfers are made to countries or providers offering an adequate level of protection, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and browser local storage. On your first visit a choice banner is shown, and you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the Site.

6. Data security
We apply accepted security measures, including encrypted communication (HTTPS), restricted access to data and engagement with providers that meet accepted security standards. However, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from unauthorized access.
7. Retention
Information is retained for the periods required for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with record-keeping and legal obligations (including accounting, tax, risk management and preservation of evidence).
8. Your rights
- Access: you may review the information held about you, per section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law.
- Correction and deletion: you may ask to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, or to delete it.
- Unsubscribe: at any time, as described in section 3.
- Withdraw cookie consent: at any time via "Cookie settings".
For requests, contact us as set out in section 11. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with the law.
9. Minors
The Site is intended for adults. Do not submit information if you are under 18; we do not knowingly collect information about minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with its update date, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
